Prioritizing Excellent Service, Indonesian Embassy in Singapore Maintains ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 Certification


In 2024, the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore has successfully maintained the quality standards of public services and anti-bribery.

This was conveyed by the independent auditor TUV Rheinland after conducting an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 37001:2016 surveillance audit on 24-28 June 2024.

The audit was conducted on all public services owned by the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore, namely immigration services, consular/protection of Indonesian citizens, transportation, and employment.

The submission of the audit results with the predicate of Non Conformity (No Objection) for the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 37001:2016 Quality Management Standards set by TUV Rheinland was carried out on 31 July 2024, and was received directly by the Indonesian Ambassador to Singapore, Suryo Pratomo.

The certificate handover was also witnessed by all functions and technical attachés related to public services of the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore.

In his remarks, the Indonesian Ambassador to Singapore expressed his gratitude to all officials and staff of the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore who have worked well and wholeheartedly provided the best service to the public.

To optimize and improve the arrangement of its public services, the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore continues to make efforts to improve service standards, both systems, methods, programs, facilities and infrastructure, and the competence of its human resources.

In line with these efforts, the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore has set service standards that refer to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 37001:2016 quality management standards with the hope of realizing the implementation of an effective and efficient work system, so that it can realize legal certainty of openness, service accountability, and anti-bribery.

The Indonesian Embassy in Singapore received the ISO 37001:2016 certificate on November 23, 2023 for anti-gratification and anti-bribery to complement the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for Quality Management.

Annual audits are conducted to ensure that the flow and quality of public services of the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore always meet international service standards.
